What substrate can PVD be plated on?

PVD coating base material needs to electrical conductivity, heat resistance above 70 ℃, gas will not be released out.

When 2 and 3 substrates are plated, the thickness of the hydro-electric coating layer (Cu-Ni free - Cr) is 30~50um, and then the vacuum coating layer is 0.3~0.5um

The thickness of the vacuum coating film is 2~3um when directly coating on 1substrates.
