  1. Stainless steel stainless steel and carbide hardness alloy, such as high speed steel, and tungsten steel W alloy
  2. Die-casting of zinc alloy, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, copper and iron after electroplating
  3. After electroplating, plastic ABS/PC/ABS+PC/PVC/ nylon/crystal, etc

Can use PVD coating base material need to electrical conductivity, heat resistance above 70 ℃, gas will not be released out.

When 2 and 3 substrates are plated, the thickness of the hydro-electric coating layer (cu-ni free - Cr) is 30~50um, and then the vacuum coating layer is 0.3~0.5umPVD coating system

The thickness of the vacuum coating film is 2~3um when the base material is directly plated with vacuum 1
