How does gradient come about?

PVD is the abbreviation of Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD). It refers to the arc discharge technology with low voltage and high current, which evaporates the target material and ionizes the evaporated material and gas by gas discharge under vacuum condition, and makes the evaporated material and its reaction products deposit on the workpiece by the acceleration of electric field.
